At Prime Tuitions, the safety, wellbeing and protection of every child is extremely important to us.

We are committed to providing a safe, supportive and respectful learning environment where children can learn with confidence.

Our safeguarding commitment

Prime Tuitions follows appropriate safeguarding and child protection procedures for children attending our tuition sessions.

Our safeguarding arrangements include:

  • Appropriate safeguarding and child protection training
  • Appropriate DBS checks where applicable
  • A clear safeguarding and child protection policy
  • Procedures for responding to safeguarding concerns
  • Appropriate parental consent and emergency contact information
  • Risk assessments for our tuition environment
  • Appropriate professional boundaries when working with children
  • Procedures for recording and responding to safeguarding concerns
  • Appropriate arrangements for online safety where relevant

Designated Safeguarding Lead

Prime Tuitions has a designated person responsible for safeguarding and child protection.

If you have a safeguarding concern about a child attending Prime Tuitions, please contact us as soon as possible.

Parents and carers

Parents and carers are welcome to ask us about our safeguarding arrangements or raise any concerns they may have.

We take all safeguarding concerns seriously and will follow the appropriate procedures where a concern is raised.
