These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which PrimeTutions provides tuition and academic support to students. By booking or continuing with tuition, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms.

PrimeTutions provides academic tuition and educational support, including 11+ preparation and general academic tuition.
PrimeTutions is independent and is not affiliated with Buckinghamshire Council, Hertfordshire County Council, the South West Herts Schools Consortium, GL Assessment or any individual school unless explicitly stated.
Tuition places are subject to availability. A place is confirmed once the relevant booking and payment arrangements have been completed.
How bookings are confirmed: Through email
Payment due date: First of every month
Tuition fees are communicated to parents before tuition begins.
Parents/guardians are responsible for payment unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Any applicable fees should be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Current tuition fees and payment arrangements will be communicated separately.
Please provide reasonable notice if a student is unable to attend a scheduled lesson.
Cancellation and missed-lesson arrangements:
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange a scheduled lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may still be charged.
Students are expected to arrive on time and attend regularly where they are enrolled on an ongoing programme.
Lateness may reduce the amount of teaching time available during a lesson. Missed lessons cannot automatically be guaranteed to be rescheduled.

Continued serious or disruptive behaviour may result in tuition being paused or ended. Any such decision will be handled reasonably and proportionately.
Where tuition is provided in a group, PrimeTutions aims to maintain a positive, respectful and supportive learning environment for all students.
Students may have different levels of ability. Teaching may include a mixture of individual support, group instruction and independent work.

PrimeTutions provides preparation and educational support for 11+ entrance assessments, including Buckinghamshire, South West Herts and independent school entrance examinations.
Exam formats, admissions criteria, registration arrangements, testing dates and school requirements can change. Parents and guardians are responsible for checking the latest information with the relevant council, consortium and individual school.
PrimeTutions does not guarantee a particular examination result, qualifying score, grammar school place or admission to any school.
PrimeTutions aims to support students in developing their knowledge, skills, confidence and exam technique.
However, individual progress varies and no specific academic outcome or examination result can be guaranteed.
Homework or independent practice may be recommended where appropriate to reinforce learning and help students practise skills covered during tuition.
The amount of homework may vary according to the student’s programme and needs.
PrimeTutions takes the safety and wellbeing of students seriously.
The tutor holds an Enhanced DBS check for working with children.
Safeguarding concerns will be dealt with in accordance with applicable safeguarding procedures and legal requirements.
Parents/guardians should inform PrimeTutions of any relevant information that is necessary to safely support their child during tuition.
Please do not provide unnecessary medical information through the general website contact form.
Where appropriate, tuition can be adapted to support a student’s individual learning needs. PrimeTutions does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Any use of student photographs, videos or identifiable student work for promotional purposes will require appropriate consent.
PrimeTutions will not use photographs, videos, names or identifiable examples of students for marketing without appropriate permission.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All original teaching materials, worksheets, resources, website content, branding and other materials created or supplied by PrimeTutions remain the intellectual property of PrimeTutions unless otherwise stated.
Materials are provided for the student’s personal educational use and should not be commercially reproduced, resold or distributed without permission.
PrimeTutions may occasionally recommend or use third-party educational resources, websites or materials.
PrimeTutions is not responsible for changes made by third-party websites or services.
PrimeTutions will take reasonable care in providing tuition services. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for providing accurate information about their child’s needs and circumstances.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
PrimeTutions may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to its services, policies or legal requirements.
